Service Description

If your Driver's License was revoked (not suspended) due to substance use (DUIs and/or Reckless Driving charges), you need a full drug & alcohol evaluation to determine if it is safe to reinstate your driving privileges. You must already be eligible to get your license reinstated and have the revocation packet signed by the court before this evaluation can be scheduled.
