Vega uses Headway for all counseling clients. Headway is a secure platform that handles insurance, billing, and administrative tasks, allowing therapists to focus on care.

No platform fees: Headway doesn't charge you a subscription or membership fee. You only pay your insurance cost-share (copay, coinsurance, deductible) per session.

Headway sends you an email to gather your insurance and payment information. You will set up a free account in their member portal. Headway verifies your benefits to ensure you get the best coverage and sends automatic, secure invoices after our sessions.
